Alex Carter has joined the litigation team of Kraus Jenkins as an Associate. Her practice is focused on both civil and criminal defense litigation including healthcare, white collar criminal matters, grand jury investigations and Qui Tam litigation under the federal False Claims Act.

While attending Duquesne University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Alex served as a law clerk and integral member of the Kraus Jenkins team providing legal research, investigation and analysis, document preparation, case management, and administrative support.

Alex has previously served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel and externally served with the Allegheny County Office of Public Defender. She has also been recognized as a Leadership Fellow and for her generous commitment of time to pro bono work.
